Claware provides automated deployment services for OpenClaw AI assistants. We handle the technical setup, including VPS provisioning, configuration, and deployment of your AI assistant on messaging platforms.

Our services include:

  • One-click deployment of OpenClaw on dedicated VPS
  • Pre-configured AI model integration (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini)
  • Messaging channel setup (Telegram, with more coming)
  • Post-deployment support during the initial period

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Deploy AI assistants for illegal activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to breach our security measures
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Claware, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Claware retains all rights to our platform, code, and branding
  • You retain ownership of your data and AI assistant configurations
  • You may not reverse engineer or copy our technology

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Claware is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Extended periods of inactivity

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Claware operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
